In many cases people are scared and do not know what to do and feel like calling their bank is not a good idea. The truth is even if you have lost your job you will be able to work out some kind of agreement with your lender.

Remember that when you have an open line of communication with your bank you can avoid your house going into a for closure. Even if you have received notices in the mail you want to work out some kind of payment plan so you and your family can stay in your house for a long period of time.
